"King pools is the best! This was our first pool build therefore we shopped many pool companies, after speaking to a few we knew this company was the right choice and boy they did not disappoint. From the start, King pools made sure we were within our budget while maximizing our smaller space and getting the small upgrades we hoped for. That lead to our decision to move forward with them however the best part was the service we received through the build of our pool. The company is family owned and every single person was so understanding of our concerns and needs. Ron answered every single one of our questions whether it was a phone call or text, his wife Kim was also super patient with my vision of the tile, and his son was very knowledgeable when it came to pool cleaning and maintenance. I read a few reviews prior to our contract about their contractors not being the friendliest, I can assure our experience was quite the opposite. Every crew that came to our home was respectful and efficient. In addition, Ron showed up at the beginning of every new stage to ensure all was up to plan and answer any questions we had. As if that's not enough, the project was completed way ahead of our expected date. Overall, we are so happy with our decision and will reach out to King pools for any future builds!"
